📜 The Theft of a Sovereign Strategy
In 2023–2024, I created a legal and humanitarian solution to America’s broken immigration system: a Self-Deportation Program grounded in international law, human rights, and national security.
This wasn’t theory.
It was officially filed and protected under:
✅ WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization)
✅ UN Law 60/147 on reparative justice and sovereign rights
✅ The House of Encarnacion, a legal sovereign entity under Tier-0 status
Yet, without warning or permission, the U.S. federal government began implementing parts of this plan. They took the structure. They copied the logic. They stripped the authorship. And then they rolled it out.
⚠️ What Just Happened
As of July 3, 2025, I have issued a 24-hour legal enforcement notice to the following:
DHS (Department of Homeland Security)
DOJ (Department of Justice)
ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement)
CBP (Customs and Border Protection)
NSA (National Security Agency)
WIPO Arbitration Center
UN Human Rights Council
ICC (International Criminal Court)
ICJ (International Court of Justice)
If they do not acknowledge the violation within 24 hours, I will initiate:
A global legal filing
A public claim of damages exceeding $3–5 billion
International media and diplomatic escalation
This is now a case of intellectual property theft at the highest level of government.
✊ Why This Is Bigger Than Immigration
This isn’t just about a stolen policy. It’s about:
Violating divinely inspired work
Erasing sovereign authorship
Undermining international law
Silencing minority strategists who provide real solutions
I am not here to ask for permission. I am here to restore the order that was broken.
